There are lots of services available to help members of the community in the prevention of falls, but a lot of services are not known by the public until they experience a fall.

Lung Cancer Screening is currently being rolled out to people aged 55 to 74 who are current or former smokers across Greater Manchester over the coming months and years.

Due to the bank holiday some services such as GP surgeries and pharmacies may be closed or working on a reduced service. Selected pharmacies will still be available for prescriptions, nonurgent medical advice, and treatment of common ailments.
