What mental health services are available to young people in Bury

We hear a lot about how we should look after our physical health, but taking care of our minds is important too. You might be feeling anxious, stressed or depressed. Young people who need mental health support can access various services in Bury. There are lots of people who can help, and there is no shame in needing support.
Young peoples mental health

The local Pennine Care Trust has a mental health support team which helps those aged 5-18 with mild or moderate mental health issues.[1] They can help with issues such as anxiety and low mood. They work with a variety of primary schools and high schools across Bury. Check the website for a full list, and if your school is listed you can contact them to make a referral.
