Healthwatch Bury Enter and View Report: Rock Healthcare GP Practice

The purpose of this visit was to provide an independent view of the quality of care and overall patient experience at Rock Healthcare practice. 

This visit formed part of Healthwatch Bury’s Enter and View programme for 2026/27, which involves visiting a small number of GP practices across the borough.

Rock Healthcare is an NHS GP practice based at Moorgate Primary Care Centre in Bury, providing services to around 10,000 patients. The practice operates across two sites and works as part of the Bury Primary Care Network, delivering care through a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with wider health and care services. 

Patients generally describe the practice as clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate. Facilities are easy to find, and the environment supports a safe and comfortable experience.
