Dental Services in Bury Report
Healthwatch Bury received a number of enquiries and feedback relating to patients’ experiences of dental care in 2018/19.
A significant proportion of this feedback related to their experiences in accessing an NHS dentist. The term ‘access’ comprises of factors such as: timely access, physical access, ease of booking and choice. It is important to consider a range of factors which may influence people’s experiences when accessing dentists.
