Healthwatch Bury Publishes Rock Healthcare Enter and View Report
Healthwatch Bury has published the findings from its Enter and View visit to Rock Healthcare GP Practice, carried out as part of our 2026/27 programme of visits to GP practices across the borough.
Overall, patients spoke positively about the quality of care they receive, with many praising clinical staff for being caring, respectful and supportive. The practice was also recognised for its clean environment, short waiting times and commitment to meeting individual patient needs.
The report also identified opportunities for improvement. Healthwatch Bury has made a number of recommendations to support ongoing service improvements, and Rock Healthcare has provided a detailed response outlining actions already being taken to address patient feedback.
