Bury Adult Social Care Survey - Digital Information & Advice
About this survey
This survey is part of a wider piece of work to understand how people find and use online information about adult social care. Bury Council want to learn what works well and what could be improved. Your feedback will help them make sure the information they provide is clear, easy to use, and meets people’s needs.
Why this matters
Good information can help people feel more confident and in control of their care and support. It can also help people stay well and independent for longer, and delay or reduce the need for more formal support.
Adult social care drop-in session
Healthwatch Bury is encouraging local people to attend a drop-in session on Wednesday, 2nd September, from 11am to 1pm at Healthwatch Bury's office.
The session aims to gather feedback and better understand residents' experiences when seeking support and accessing services across the borough. Whether you have used adult social care services yourself, supported a family member, or accessed community groups and local organisations, your insights can help shape future improvements.
We would like to hear about your experiences of:
- Finding help and advice when support is needed.
- Accessing information about adult social care services.
- Finding and using community-based support and services in Bury.
