Our Park Bench Surgeries return this spring/summer, pop by and have a chat with us!

These drop-in sessions are a chance for residents to tell us, in confidence, about their experiences of health and social care services so that we can understand what is working well and what could be improved. You can also use our Signposting and Information Service to find out more about local support and services.

Please note our Park Bench Surgeries are weather dependent.

In October 2023 Healthwatch Bury ran a research project to explore the methods of communications sent to patients from the National Health Service (NHS), Northern Care Alliance (NCA).
