Information & Advice Survey for Carers
The NW ADASS Carers Network want to produce an information and advice quality standards framework that will strengthen information and advice services for Carers across the North West.
The NW ADASS Carers Network provides a network for local authorities, to share good practice, common goals, disseminate information and contribute to the regional and national agenda for Carers.
The NW ADASS Carers Network want to produce an information and advice quality standards framework that will strengthen information and advice services for Carers across the North West, with an aim to help Carers understand and exercise their rights and make informed decisions about their lives.
The Network have identified three key issues relating to information and advice:
- Confusing information
- Poor quality - unclear language and terminology
- Not accessible
The survey is open to all carers - adult carers caring for someone 18+, parent / carers and young carers.
