About this event
Menopause Awareness Month is an ideal time to start conversations, challenge misconceptions, and explore the support available.
This year, libraries across the Northwest have joined forces to host expert-led webinars and introduce a fantastic new book collection focused on perimenopause and menopause.
With the theme “Lifestyle Medicine,” the spotlight is on how menopause impacts both physical and mental health—and how informed lifestyle choices can make a meaningful difference to overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking for guidance, reassurance, or simply more information, our events and curated resources are a great place to start.
No registration is required to attend the webinars.
If you’d like to submit a question in advance, please email library.suggestions@bury.gov.uk, kindly avoid including any personal details. While speakers may respond to pre-submitted questions during or after the sessions, please note that not all questions may be addressed, and we won’t be able to take live questions during the events.
