Using mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques to lower stress, anxiety, and better manage the symptoms of menopause
This course is free, however due to being funded by the Health and Wellbeing Fund they can only accept attendees who are: experiencing the menopause or experiencing peri-menopause. You must also live or work within Greater Manchester to be eligible for a place on this course.
11th September – 6th November. 6.45pm – 9.15pm (first two sessions), 7pm – 9.05pm.
8 week course, live on zoom.
