Have you got a sensory impairment or a mobility issue or care for someone who has?

Healthwatch Bury is currently working on a Primary Care project focussing on access to GP services for those with a sensory loss or physical impairment.
Access to GP services for those with sensory loss and or physical limitations.

We aim for a joined-up approach and want to work with patients and local GP practices to capture feedback, testimonies and record the patient journey.

The aim is to

  • Find best practice to share with other services and celebrate where things have been done well.
  • Raise public awareness of local services and support.
  • Look at where further improvements may be necessary, including other services.
