Have you got a sensory impairment or a mobility issue or care for someone who has?
Healthwatch Bury is currently working on a Primary Care project focussing on access to GP services for those with a sensory loss or physical impairment.
We aim for a joined-up approach and want to work with patients and local GP practices to capture feedback, testimonies and record the patient journey.
The aim is to
- Find best practice to share with other services and celebrate where things have been done well.
- Raise public awareness of local services and support.
- Look at where further improvements may be necessary, including other services.
