In partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS, The Prince's Trust are offering a work experience programme , aimed at helping you start a career within the NHS and to become a successful applicant.
During the 8-week programme you will get the opportunity to discover more about the wide range of roles available, learn from industry experts, and receive training and interview support to help you in your application.
Roles you could be applying for include:
- Cleaning / Domestic roles
- Catering roles
WHO IS THIS FOR? People aged 18-30 who are motivated and ready to work!
WHEN IS IT?: 24th October - 16th December (17th October Taster Day)
WHERE IS IT?: This programme will be delivered mainly from your designated Notts Healthcare site and some virtually via Microsoft Teams.
During week 1 - 8 you can expect:
You will be taught about medical terminology and learn about the wide variety of roles in the NHS and how to progress your NHS career. You will also receive tailored support with each step of the application and interview process.

- You will receive an short informal interview on Taster Day to check your suitability and choose the role you will have during your placement
