The Covid-19 vaccine is safe and effective. The first dose should give you good protection from Covid-19 from 3 or 4 weeks after you've had it. Two doses of the vaccine will give you longer lasting protection. The vaccine:

  • is authorised for safety
  • does not contain any animal products
  • protects you, your family, your colleagues and friends
