How can Rochdale and District Mind support you?

The majority of Rochdale and District Mind wellbeing support is delivered through groups and courses. Throughout the pandemic, they have responded to the needs of their communities and adapted their services to support them the best they can. They have been delivering  support over the telephone and zoom throughout the pandemic and as they see their centre open back up, some of their sessions are moving back into the Wellbeing Centre.
