The research heard from nearly 12,000 people with mental health problems, both adults and young people at the start of the pandemic and now. They’ve shared the personal impact, how they’ve coped, if and how they got support and how they think easing restrictions might affect their mental health.

This important research will help organisations like Mind understand people’s experiences and fight for what matters to them. It also gives clear evidence to shape effective mental health services for the future.
