Living Well with Hearing Loss Survey
Healthwatch Bury and Communic8te (charity for Deaf and people with a hearing loss), are looking at the use of hearing aids and the reasons behind why people may not use them.
We aim to use the results of this research to identify any potential areas for improvement for Deaf and hard of hearing people in Bury.
This questionnaire has been created for people who have been provided with a hearing aid – whether you currently use it or not. It should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
