Random Acts of Kindness week reminds us of something essential: Kindness does not ask us to agree, it asks us to recognise one another’s humanity.
From February 15th to 21st, The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation invite you to step fully into this practice. Not with grand gestures, but with presence. Not with perfection, but with intention.
They invite you to mark the week in ways that feel authentic to you.
To celebrate, Healthwatch Bury shared some beautiful affirmation quotes with our Healthwatch staff and volunteers — lovingly created by a student at Wesley Methodist School. A small gesture, but one that brought big smiles.
