Bring your smart phone or tablet and join the Social Prescribing Team for a free digital sessions on how to use the NHS app and what you can do with it!

Please bring photo ID (passport or driving licence) as this is needed to access some NHS app services.
A Healthwatch Bury representative will be in attendance.
