At One with Nature – A series of 6 stand-alone nature-based wellbeing sessions using outdoor experiences with the specific goal of achieving improved health and wellbeing and improved connection to others and communities for anyone aged 18 or over.
Duration – 6 x 1.5-hour sessions for up to 10 participants.
Content - ‘At One with Nature’ is a six-week outdoor programme for 1.5 hours per week hosted in Bury’s stunning Philips Park Local Nature Reserve. The course is created for attendees to relax, improve their confidence, self-esteem, mental health and wellbeing through developing their connection to nature. The sessions will include an introduction to Practical Mindfulness, Forest Bathing and Meditation techniques as well as very practical activities to help them explore nature and be present in the moment, for example, through photography.
Please note, it’s a 6-week programme from the 5th August – 9th September 12.45pm – 2.45pm.
