• Healthwatch Bury would like to hear from you if you are a resident of the borough of Bury and would like you to share your personal experiences of accessing GP services, If you yourself are a person with Sensory loss (hearing/sight), Or have a physical disability.

• We would like to hear from you if you run an organisation in Bury , a voluntary group, are a Bury council worker, Bury GP yourself, Bury GP Manager, or within another related health care profession within Bury?

• We would like your involvement in this project, from start to finish and value your views, experiences and know that Healthwatch Bury can assist in improving the overall patient journey with the support of everyone impacted
