NHS Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust free 24/7 mental health crisis helpline for all ages is here to help service users, carers, and people living in the areas. If you are worried or anxious about your mental health or feeling as though you are in a mental health crisis and need urgent support and help, please don't hesitate to call. The mental health crisis helpline is also there for you if you are concerned about a loved one, neighbour, friend or family member. It is open all day and night, 365 days per year and it is free of charge.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or something that makes you feel severely unsafe, distressed, or worried about your mental health, you can now contact your local crisis service by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health option.
In an emergency
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. You should attend your local NHS Accident & Emergency if you need urgent physical health care or require an urgent mental health assessment.
If it is not an emergency but you require health advice, visit NHS 111 online or call 111.
If you need non-emergency access to the police call 101.
