New Service offering from Bury & Bolton Citizens Advice - Benefits and Form Filling
Bury & Bolton Citizens Advice can now help you with benefits checks and form filling.
CABB have recently been granted some new funding to enable them to provide benefits advice to all vulnerable clients in Bury. They will be able to complete a benefits check and help complete any application forms for :
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP )
- Attendance Allowance
- Child DLA
- UC50
- ESA50
- Mandatory reconsiderations and Appeals
Appointments will be made for clients to attend at local Bury outreach centre or at the CABB offices in Bury town Centre. They understand some client may not be able to leave the home, for those clients they can assist over the telephone.

- Debt
- Housing
- Community Care
- Energy Advice

Once the client has been referred to the them, they would make an initial phone call to assess the client’s needs and a further appointment for support.
