Peer to Peer network programme have got funding to run a free to access peer to peer programme across Greater Manchester as part of the national peer networks programme. You can see more info on the national programme at www.peernetworks.co.uk – the focus is on SMEs for growth and export potential.
They are looking to get 11 charities or not for profits enrolled as they believe the sector hasn’t been supported in the same way others have and faces unique challenges. The peer to peer network will allow people to come together to look at moving forward using Action Learning.
The eligibility criteria are as follows-
The programme is available to any SME business or charity that has:
- Operated for at least one year
- At least five employees (and less than 250 FTE)
- A turnover of at least £100,000 (prior to covid) (and less than 50m euros)
- An aspiration to improve
- Be based within the Greater Manchester boundary
There will be 6 sessions roughly 2-3 weeks apart for 3 hours per session (NB. We are asking all 11 businesses to commit to attend all 6 x 3 hour sessions to comply with funding requirements).
This is topped up with 3.5 hours of 1-2-1 coaching. They’re looking to start this side of Christmas and the programme needs to conclude before the end of March 2021.
All sessions are projected to be delivered online using an Action Learning approach. They will be using Zoom as the core platform. Log in details with password will be sent before the session.
The provisional dates for the Action Learning meetings are:
1st & 15th Dec
12th & 26th Jan
9th & 23rd Feb
+ 1-to-1 coaching session in Feb/March.
