Closing date 28th June 2019.
The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership in collaboration with services users, carers and the voluntary sector, is undertaking a review into the supply and use of wheelchairs from the NHS.
This survey is designed to capture information on service user experience of accessing and using a wheelchair (manual, battery powered or electric) over the last 5 years, and to identify both user and carer priorities. The information will be used to inform a report and a series of recommendations to improve the provision of wheelchair services from the NHS across Greater Manchester.
The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership would like to hear about your most recent experience of accessing the wheelchair service. The survey can be completed by:
- Children or adults in the UK who use a wheelchair (manual, battery powered or electric)
- People in the UK who care for a child or adult who uses a wheelchair (manual, battery powered or electric)
The survey is not for mobility scooter users (unless you also use a manual, battery powered or electric wheelchair).
There are 35 questions in total and it should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Responses are anonymous and we would be very grateful if you could spare the time to fill in the questionnaire. This is also available via Survey Monkey if you would prefer to complete it electronically by clicking on the link below: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GMWheelchair
