As winter increases pressure on the NHS, particularly in accident and emergency, Bury CCG are keen to hear about people’s positive experiences of health and care services locally.
Bury CCG are launching a new campaign early in the new year to highlight NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group’s (CCG) new health and care service finder, which offers all the different options for care in the Borough through a simple postcode search.
Accident and emergency often isn’t the best place to go when you need care, and we’d like to hear stories of where people have used alternatives, like walk-in centres, an evening or weekend GP appointment, an urgent care centre or a local pharmacy.
They are offering a £75 high street voucher, or a £75 charity donation, for every story used in the campaign as a thank you for taking the time to speak to them.
Bury CCG are really interested in hearing from parents or carers of young children, carers of older people and people who work in the NHS themselves. But really, if you’ve got a story about good NHS care you’ve received, they would love to hear it.
