Shout aims to make it easier for people to find and receive mental health support – anytime, day or night.
People of all ages can simply and confidentially communicate with trained crisis volunteers (supported by clinical supervisors) by text message, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply by texting GMBury to 85258.
Advice is available for anyone struggling with a host of issues, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying or relationship issues.
The service is confidential, free, and won’t show up on phone bills.

Silver Cloud
Silver Cloud offers free access to online therapy to help to ease stress, improve sleep and build resilience.   
The Silver Cloud digital mental health platform is for people aged 16+ and provides extra support and help for those who may be feeling stressed and anxious. 
Each programme uses proven methods, including cognitive behavioural therapy, and all information entered is anonymous, confidential and secure.
Silver Cloud can be accessed by people with existing mental health issues, as well as anyone who may be struggling due to social distancing and self-isolation restrictions.

Boost your wellbeing, online for free with help from Living Life to The Full.  This online course can help you with improving feelings, beating stress and boosting your ability to live well.
There are a number of courses to choose from to help with things like low mood and stress, as well as other common life difficulties.
