Reporting care to the CQC

Care Rights UK want to hear your experience of reporting poor care to the CQC.

If you or a relative/friend live in care, or you work in care, or advocate for someone in care, please take a short anonymous survey about your experiences. The survey asks about whether you’ve experienced or witnessed poor care over the past two years, whether you reported it to the regulator and whether their response was satisfactory (England only).

Care Rights UK, who are running the survey, have been meeting with the social care regulator (the Care Quality Commission) to discuss improvements to how they regulate the sector and want to hear your thoughts and experiences.

The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete and will be open until at least 8 January.
