Family First Aid 

This course, you will learn how to...

Stay calm in an emergency and gain the confidence and skills to be able to deal with a variety of childhood accidents and illnesses.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  •  Identify the meaning of First Aid
  •  Recognise and respond to an emergency situation    
  •  Perform CPR on an adult, child or infant
  •  Put an adult, child or infant into the recovery position safely
  •  Use a defibrillator correctly
  •  Know what to do in a choking scenario 
  •  Respond to breathing problems
  •  Treat a wound
  •  Support a broken bone or dislocation
  •  Deal with a seizure

On this course, you will learn how to...
