We are looking for bright, enthusiastic volunteers and patients from across the 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester to connect to form a Greater Manchester group to provide the patient voice and make valuable contribution to the work of the General Practice Advisory Group (GPAG) in maintaining and improving health and social care services across the Greater Manchester Health and Social Partnership.
The purpose of the GPAG is to represent General Practice providers, such as GPs, practice nurses etc. ensuring they play an active role in re-shaping the delivery of primary care services, giving and receiving feedback to both the main Greater Manchester Health and Care Board and primary care colleagues.
In terms of commitment from you, it is intended that the groups will be primarily a digital forum with occasional face to face meetings and with nominated representatives attending and contributing to regular GPAG meetings (which take place at the Partnership offices in Manchester City Centre).
If you would like to become involved please send us your expression of interest (to firstname.lastname@example.org ), telling us what you can bring to the role by the 30th April 2018. A welcome meeting will be held mid-May.
