Having a baby and the effect on your mental health

We want to know about your experiences

Having a baby is one of the biggest life choices you can make. This can affect both the person who is giving birth and their partner’s mental health. We want to know more about people’s experiences of mental health support when planning to get pregnant, during pregnancy, at the birth of their child and afterwards.
We know that this can be a challenging topic to talk about, so please be assured all responses will be completely anonymous and if there are any questions you don’t want to answer, then don’t feel like you have to.
We will report on the responses as a set and will not identify anyone in our work. Read more about our information governance and privacy policy.
