GOOGLE has opened a new Digital Garage in Manchester as part of a drive to help thousands of people improve their digital skills for FREE. The tech giant has announced a new goal to help 100,000 people in the UK find a job or grow in their career by offering free digital skills in more than 200 towns and cities. The Google team are coming to Prestwich Library in partnership with Bury Adult Learning Service to deliver a CV workshop on Tuesday 13 February, 1.15pm-2.15pm. This workshop is open to everyone.
The workshop will help people to discover what makes a great CV, how to describe skills, plus some quick tips to make a CV shine.
