A huge thank you to all of you who have already attended one of our many training sessions. For all of you who haven’t yet had chance to attend one of our sessions here is some further information.
We are offering your frontline workers across the Northwest free training through the Big Energy Saving Network (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/about-us/how-we-provide-advice/our-prevention-work/BESN/) on how to support your customers/beneficiaries on saving energy and money and keeping cosy in their home. We will also be talking to you about the funding available in your area and how to access this.
The last 12 months has been difficult and we have found that we are being asked to support more and more families who may not have needed our support before the pandemic. We want to help you to support our most vulnerable, offering you some tips and tricks that will not only benefit your customers but may help you to save money too!
This training is informal and we can adapt to the amount of time you and your team have available. If you are interested in receiving this training please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please feel free to share this email with your colleagues and other frontline workers who you feel may benefit from this training.
