As part of a number of Greater Manchester Health and Wellbeing priorities being led by Public Health England, an exciting opportunity has arisen where we are looking to recruit a further number of Alcohol Health Champions ideally from within the Radcliffe community who will be able to:
Give Alcohol related brief advice to individuals.
Help Communities influence Alcohol availability in their communities.
Improve the Health and Wellbeing of our communities by reducing Alcohol related harm.
We are looking to provide the training locally for this role during early May.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PAID ROLE – full training for the role and the ability to achieve a nationally recognised qualification will be available. There is also the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the community and make a real difference.
If you have any colleagues, service users, clients/customers who you feel would be interested or would like to find out a little more about this rewarding role then please direct them to our advert.
