What is Long Covid?

Long Covid is a term created by patients to describe the prolonged, fluctuating symptoms following Covid-19.

Symptoms lasting 4 weeks or more after suspected or known Covid-19 may be Long Covid.

Join the Long Covid Support Facebook group to connect with other people with Long Covid in addition to receiving information and advice from experts.

Long Covid Kids provides support for children and young people with Long Covid.

Long Covid Physio provides information about exercise and physiotherapy for people living with Long Covid.  

4. Long Covid Work 

Long Covid Work provides support for people with Long Covid to stay in work, return to work or leave work.
